Ryan Transactional Risk (RTR), a specialist in transactional risk insurance and loss mitigation evaluation services, has announced the appointment of Jenny Wong as Vice President, North American Tax Insurance.
Based in New York, she will take on a leading role in the firm’s transfer pricing insurance unit and will provide support in other areas of RTR’s cutting-edge tax Insurance practice.
RTR is a series of RSG Underwriting Managers, LLC, a Delaware series limited liability
company and the underwriting management specialty of Ryan Specialty, specializing in underwriting management and other services for insurance products distributed through brokers and agents.
Wong is a tax professional with 19 years of experience as a tax practitioner, including experience as in-house tax professional advising on structuring and oversight at HSBC and as Head of Tax Strategy, Enstar Group.
She has also served as a tax advisor at PwC regarding M&A and restructurings, and as a tax insurance broker at Atlantic Global Risk.
