An international student says he was made owner and sole director of a sinking Perth building company without his “knowledge or consent”.
The alleged appointment of a dummy director to Opus Homes — leaving clients with no one to finish building their homes — is not unique in WA’s house-building crisis, as unscrupulous and greedy operators attempt to dodge debts and responsibilities.
